LITERATURE ORDER INSTRUCTIONS FOR GROUPS in DISTRICT 13
Mari B. is the Literature Chairperson for District 13. If a group literature person needs to contact Mari, her contact information can be obtained from your GR.
Below is Mari's suggested process for ordering CAL from the Sara-Mana Literature Distribution Center (LDC), which is located in Bradenton.
1)·Each group's literature person will email the coordinator, Gini, at [email protected])with their order prior to the order deadline date. The order can not be sent in a text message. The email needs to include the name of the group, the name(s) and item #(s) of the literature, along with quantity being ordered. Do not include the price.
2) Gini will email an invoice back, which will include the amount due for the order.. When ordering through Gini at the LDC, there is no shipping charge, and there is usually a discount. Groups can save money with this process rather than ordering from WSO.
3) Contact Mari to arrange for her to get a copy of the invoice and the amount due for the order before the pickup dates, which are listed below. Mari is flexible in making these arrangements. She will also arrange to get the literature order to your group.
*** Mari tries to pick up the literature on dates that are listed for the Remote Locations. However, if it is needed, she will pickup on District 12 Meeting days (in Sarasota) as listed below:
